Your new role

1. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Group Procurement to ensure sourcing arrangements are in place for all categories that support the Household Claims Strategy.
2. Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing and supplier account management strategies for household claims.
3. Analyse feedback from various market and business sources to ensure delivery against customer and colleague expectations.
4. Identify supply chain failings and develop improvement plans to manage risks to the business.
5. Deliver an account management framework that ensures suppliers are managed in accordance with values and policies.

What you’ll need to succeed

1. In-depth knowledge of household supply chain partners in the UK market.
2. Deep understanding of competitive supply chains.
3. Excellent analytical skills.
4. Broad understanding of principles of insurance, risk management, and claims handling.
5. Experience leading supply chain change programmes for UK insurers.
6. Track record in home emergency, legal expenses, IVP, loss adjusting, surveying, and engineering account management.
7. Desirable Skill: Risk mitigation assessment skills.
