Purpose of Position
Our Account Management Team is looking for a new Account Manager to work on affiliate programmes for advertisers across telecoms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and strategic skills, and to demonstrate expertise in one of the fastest-growing online channels of 2020, according to the IAB. You will gain exposure to large brands and receive in-depth training across multiple subjects, collaborating within a team and internationally on wider projects.
The role involves bringing innovation and strategy to campaigns, maintaining engagement with clients and publishers to deliver sophisticated results. It is ideal for those looking to advance their career in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Key Tasks
- Generating reports and providing performance analysis with insightful commentary to improve activity
- Conducting regular client calls, supporting client goals
- Producing competitor benchmarks, advising on industry trends, and identifying opportunities for merchants
- Optimizing publisher relationships and recruiting new publisher opportunities
- Confidently presenting internally and externally, including to senior levels
- Developing creative client strategies aligned with success metrics
- Building comprehensive client roadmaps for success
- Ensuring campaigns utilize latest technology and tracking optimizations
- Attending local Awin and/or client offices to strengthen partnerships
Skills & Expertise
- At least 1 year of account management experience in digital marketing
- Experience presenting to internal and external groups
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Proactive with a drive to improve programs and develop skills
- Professional with strong relationship-building and networking skills
