This role is working on their Reception as part of a team of two in a really interesting role that will also include working closely with their Marketing and Events team. You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms and liaising directly with the lawyers to make sure that both clients and visiting lawyers are given a truly 5 star service throughout their time in the London office.
You will need proven Front of house experience in a receptionist role for either a law firm or similar professional services environment. Shifts are 8.30 to 5 and 10-6.30 and they will need some flexibility on this on occasions.
