This is a nightshift role.Contract of 18 hours a week, with earliest shift times at 23:00pm at night and latest finishing times at 10:00am in the morning. This role will also involve weekend work, ordinarily 3 in 4 weekends.WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. • Additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 an hour for hours worked between 22:00pm and 06:00am.• Additional forklift allowance of £1.50 an hour for hours worked when operating a forklift.We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. We are looking for someone who is committed to developing their skill set.• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.• Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.• Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY• You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.• Operate and work around other heavy machinery, such as other forklift trucks, counterbalance, and pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.• Replenishment of the store, operating the forklift to make sure all the shelves are full and ready for our customers. • Responsible for loading and unloading of the deliveries.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLEIt takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
