RolePurpose

Inthisrole,youwillberesponsiblefortheentiresalesprocess,fromnewleadgenerationtopost-eventfollow-up.Deliveringrevenuegrowth,implementingeffectivesalesstrategies,promotionalcampaignsandlead-generationactivitiestodriveandexceedsalestargets.

Youwillidentifynewmarketopportunitiesandrevenuestreams,includingcorporateevents,weddings,privateparties,andsocialgatherings.

Youwillhaveresponsibilityforanalysingmarkettrends,competitoractivity,andclientfeedbackreportingtotheGMandBoardandmakingrecommendationsfornewinitiativesandchange.

Leadingandoverseeingonthedayoperationaldelivery.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead,motivate,andmanageateamprovidingguidance,support,andtrainingasneeded.
  • Setclearsalestargetsfortheteamandprovideregularfeedback,coaching,andperformancereviews.
  • Fosteracollaborativeteamenvironmentfocusedonachievingresultsandprovidingexceptionalcustomerservice.
  • Organiseandleadregularteammeetingstoreviewsalesperformance,discusschallenges,improvementsandsharesuccessstories.
  • Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithallclients.
  • Youwillutiliseyourunderstandingofsocialmediaplatforms,algorithms,andwhatscurrentlytrendingtoleadthestrategyforthefunctionsmarketingandsocialmediapresence-Internallyandthroughexternalplatforms/contacts.
  • Responsibleforcontentof3rdpartyandownbrandwebsites.
  • Gatherandanalysecustomerfeedbackandeventtrendstoidentifyareasforserviceimprovementandnewofferings.
  • Buildandmaintainanextensivenetworkofindustrycontacts,includingeventplanners,localbusinesses,andvendors.
  • ProvideregularsalesreportstotheGMandboard,includingsalesfigures,revenueforecasts,andperformanceanalysis.
  • Identifyopportunitiesforimprovingsalesefficiency,leadconversion,andoverallsalesperformance.
  • Forecastmonthlyandannualsalesandadjuststrategiestomeetchangingbusinessconditions.
  • Workcloselywiththeeventsandoperationsteamstoensureseamlesscoordinationofclientrequirementsandeventexecution.Thiswillincludeonthedayoversight
  • Ensurethatthesalesteamisfullyinformedofallclientpreferencesandeventspecificationstoguaranteeasuccessfulevent.
