RolePurpose
Inthisrole,youwillberesponsiblefortheentiresalesprocess,fromnewleadgenerationtopost-eventfollow-up.Deliveringrevenuegrowth,implementingeffectivesalesstrategies,promotionalcampaignsandlead-generationactivitiestodriveandexceedsalestargets.
Youwillidentifynewmarketopportunitiesandrevenuestreams,includingcorporateevents,weddings,privateparties,andsocialgatherings.
Youwillhaveresponsibilityforanalysingmarkettrends,competitoractivity,andclientfeedbackreportingtotheGMandBoardandmakingrecommendationsfornewinitiativesandchange.

- Organiseandleadregularteammeetingstoreviewsalesperformance,discusschallenges,improvementsandsharesuccessstories.
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithallclients.
- Youwillutiliseyourunderstandingofsocialmediaplatforms,algorithms,andwhatscurrentlytrendingtoleadthestrategyforthefunctionsmarketingandsocialmediapresence-Internallyandthroughexternalplatforms/contacts.
- Responsibleforcontentof3rdpartyandownbrandwebsites.
- Gatherandanalysecustomerfeedbackandeventtrendstoidentifyareasforserviceimprovementandnewofferings.
- Buildandmaintainanextensivenetworkofindustrycontacts,includingeventplanners,localbusinesses,andvendors.
- ProvideregularsalesreportstotheGMandboard,includingsalesfigures,revenueforecasts,andperformanceanalysis.
- Identifyopportunitiesforimprovingsalesefficiency,leadconversion,andoverallsalesperformance.
- Forecastmonthlyandannualsalesandadjuststrategiestomeetchangingbusinessconditions.
- Workcloselywiththeeventsandoperationsteamstoensureseamlesscoordinationofclientrequirementsandeventexecution.Thiswillincludeonthedayoversight
- Ensurethatthesalesteamisfullyinformedofallclientpreferencesandeventspecificationstoguaranteeasuccessfulevent.

- Experience:Minimum35yearsofexperienceinSales&Eventsmanagement,inthehospitalityindustry.
