F&B Manager – MOXY Milton Keynes
This position is based on a full-time contract.
Gross Annual Salary – £31,373
We are seeking a confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced, service-focused role. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and team player who fosters a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets in the Moxy way
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas
- Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely
- Manage ordering and inventory
Supporting Other Crew Members / Leaders with:
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Managing hotel room inventory and guest check-in/out in the Moxy way
- Handling bills and payments accurately
- Promoting and supporting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
- Training team members for their development
We’re Looking for Someone with Moxie, Which Is All of These Things:
- High energy and a fearless, do-it-yourself attitude
- Good with people and enjoys chatting with guests
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with excellent service
- Clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry
- Management experience leading a team
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is advantageous
- Personal experience of travel and the travel industry
