Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy – Develop high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media) aligned with marketing goals.
• SEO & Performance Optimisation – Implement best practices, conduct keyword research, and track content performance to drive growth.
• AI & Automation – Use AI-driven tools to enhance content ideation, automation, and analytics.
• Thought Leadership – Support executive positioning through insightful articles, guest posts, and industry event content.
• Content Analytics & Testing – A/B test messaging, headlines, and calls-to-action to improve engagement.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital strategy.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a focus on high-converting content.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing content performance and refining strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and marketing automation.
• Creative, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bonus: Experience writing about Crypto, Blockchain, or Web3 topics.
