Responsibilities:

1. Manage a varied caseload including Wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estates.
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethic.
3. Proactively develop business and build your reputation within the marketplace.
4. Apply legal principles confidently within private practice and complete files independently.
5. Stay updated with legal developments and share knowledge with colleagues.
6. Advise clients on matters within the practice area independently.
7. Have undertaken at least one six-month seat in Private Client and be working towards STEP qualification.
