Job Opportunity: Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join a leading property practice within their mortgage finance department. Our client is an international property brand, renowned with numerous awards, and currently experiencing a significant growth phase.

The Mortgage Advisor will provide comprehensive services to prospective finance clients. Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving the annual business targets set in collaboration with the line manager.
2. Engaging with opportunities referred from the company’s network.
3. Clearly explaining the services offered to clients.
4. Providing clients with all necessary documents throughout the sales process, maintaining high standards of customer service.
5. Participating in results meetings with the line manager and presenting performance figures.

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
• Proven success in meeting targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
