Finance Director

The Consultancy Group has partnered with a highly acquisitive Technology business, who are looking to hire a Senior Finance Leader to join a fast-paced division!

Six Figures + Cash Bonus + Significant equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong partnership with the Senior Executives, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to help the business achieve its full potential.
• Leverage financial data to offer deeper insights into business performance, growth potential, and opportunities for expansion.
• Drive improvements in business predictability through a comprehensive forecasting and review process.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to assist executive and board-level decision-making.
• Assist in the development and execution of effective business strategies.
• Lead the planning and budgeting process for the Division.
• Serve as a senior leader within the Finance function, spearheading process improvements across the department.
• Supervise the integration of acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Effectively manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

Key requirements:

• Experienced and hands-on professional, ideally holding accredited financial qualifications (e.g., ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA).
• Skilled in partnering with and influencing senior business leaders, particularly those outside of finance.
• Experience in a commercial finance role at a large multi-national.
• Strong decision-making skills and a proven ability to offer strategic financial guidance to senior executives.
• Commercially astute with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies, and a strong results-driven approach.
• Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong intellectual capability and meticulous attention to detail.
• M&A and Corporate Finance experience is a plus.
