Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing finance and transaction documents
Conducting legal research and due diligence
Assisting with closings and transaction management
Liaising with clients and legal teams
Requirements:
2+ years of finance paralegal experience (banking, structured finance, or funds preferred)
Excellent academic background
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
