An established contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects across the West Midlands, with values ranging from £1M–£10M. Key sectors include Healthcare, Education, and Commercial developments.

This is an office-based role with regular site visits, managing projects from initial stages through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full electrical installations from design to completion
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with policies
• Track progress and generate regular reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience managing electrical projects in commercial environments
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
• Confident in managing teams, budgets, and schedules
• Full UK driving licence
