Brand and Partnership ExecutiveMarketing Team
Reports to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand and Partnership Executive to join our vibrant Marketing team at Cutter & Squidge! You’re someone who brings energy to everything you do, and are a real team player; In this exciting role, you’ll be a key player in bringing our marketing campaigns to life, whether it’s through exciting brand partnerships, engaging social collaborations, or memorable activation events. Assist the Content & Social Media Executive in the development and execution of engaging social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to build brand awareness, foster community, and drive engagement.Work with our public relations agency to create press releases for new collections and campaigns to secure positive media coverage.Partnership Development: Proactively identify, research, and approach new and exciting brands, businesses, and influencers for collaborative opportunities that align with the Cutter & Squidge brand values and target audience.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new gifting collections and product launches.Events & Activations: Plan and execute key brand events and activations to support the brand marketing team objectives. This will involve contributing creative ideas, planning with the wider team and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics on the day, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.Brand Consistency: Ensure all internal and external communications and activities are aligned with the Cutter & Squidge brand identity, values, and tone of voice. This includes social media, website, and email copy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless integration of brand and partnership initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, social media innovations, and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights and ideas with the team.Assist in the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand and partnership activities.Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks related to partnerships and campaigns.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of creative concepts.Represent the Cutter & Squidge brand professionally at industry events or partner meetings.
You’ll need to have 1-2 years of experience in this role or a similar marketing role.
