What You’ll Be Doing
-Building powerful talent pipelines through database search, job boards, headhunting, referrals, and social platforms
-Delivering strategic, specialist advice to candidates to guide their next career move
-Developing strong, lasting relationships with clients – new and existing
-Taking a consultative approach to candidate and client engagement
Who We’re Looking For
-End-to-end recruitment experience (perm or interim) in professional services
-Background in sales or business development, with a hunter mindset
-Confidence to build your desk and grow it as your own mini business
-A natural networker with strong communication and relationship-building skills
-A self-starter with a deep curiosity for understanding markets and industries
