The Role:

This is a standout opportunity for a Construction Disputes Associate to join this top 40 City of London law firm.

You will work across a range of contentious and non-contentious work streams, focusing on contentious work, including UK adjudications and Tech and Construction Court Litigation.

Responsibilities include working on contracts such as NEC and FIDIC, as well as other standard forms. The work also involves TCC, adjudication, arbitration, and international rules like ICC, LCIA, and UCTA.

The client base is diverse, including construction professionals, employers, and contractors involved in transport, engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. Experience working with such diverse clients is advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a desire to carry out business development. Utilize client focus initiatives and monitor service levels to meet client needs.
