Part-time Permanent Opportunity
30 hours a week with the option to take on 1 x keyworker shift per week at an hourly rate of £13.85.
Paying £24,400 per annum (FTE = £30,500, including London weighting).
Working hours include 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. The role involves evening, weekend, and bank holiday work.
About the Role
Do you want to make a positive difference to people’s lives, helping them improve their wellbeing and move towards independent living? Servol Community Services is an established charity providing high-quality accommodation and support for adults with mental ill health and complex conditions.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our new supported living service in the London Borough of Sutton. You will work alongside your team, conducting support sessions for our service users using a trauma-informed approach. Additionally, you will act as Deputy to the Service Manager and provide management cover in their absence. You will lead our team to deliver high standards of care, ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and oversee the overall performance of services within your area. Please note, our current services are not CQC registered.

This role is not remote; on-the-ground presence is required to support the team.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or a related subject.
- Experience in leading a team and managing/monitoring performance.
- Experience delivering support services for vulnerable adults, including conducting needs and risk assessments.
- Experience working with adults with comorbidities such as enduring mental health issues, autism, Asperger’s, and substance addictions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
