The Role:As a Media Assistant, you will assist in delivering multi-media activity for various brands, working closely with a dedicated team, and immersing yourself in the company’s offerings and the media market.This role involves hybrid working.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being accountable for campaign delivery, scheduling, and monitoring media plans
- Using in-house tools to produce competitor reports and market insights for clients
- Scheduling and monitoring media plans for a range of clients
- Efficiently pulling together competitor insights and market analysis
- Supporting the team proactively
- Staying updated on media industry trends
- Building relationships with clients, media owners, and partners
- Providing excellent service with strong communication skills
- Creating cross-media plans for clients
- Analyzing and reporting campaign performance insights in depth
About You:
- A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of brands and a genuine interest in media, marketing, and advertising
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Numerate with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a sociable personality
- Pro-active and a team player willing to contribute
