To provide confidential, comprehensive, efficient, effective, and timely Contract Data management to the South West London Procurement Provider.
The role will support the day-to-day contracts data workstream as well as the Senior Management admin requirements for high-level meetings and processes.

- Working with colleagues from across the Partnership to develop exciting integration and transformation collaborations.
- Supporting the implementation of transformation and improvement priorities within and across services, networks, and pathways.

The role would suit an applicant who is either currently able to demonstrate experience with handling contracts and an understanding of the role Procurement plays in the Organisation, or an applicant with the skills to deliver high-quality, meticulous work and the ability to learn new skills effectively. Excellent MS Office skills are essential, and experience using Contract Management databases is preferred. There will be opportunities to gain experience in various areas of work.
You will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, understanding different perspectives, and managing situations outside of your control.
You will be a self-starter with exceptional drive and self-motivation, a team player, and able to respond to changing demands and the high-paced nature of the programme.
You will be skilled at forming excellent working relationships with clinicians, patients, academics, and other stakeholders across organisations, and will need to work flexibly and adapt as the programme and Partnership priorities evolve.
