Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
Your Tasks
Technical Leadership of the operator warehouse control tower.Steering, coordination and implementation of the processes as well as planning of the daily businessFirst point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departmentsIdentification of optimisation potential, initiation of corrective measures and success controlEnsuring SLA complianceOperational implementation of projects and documentation of processesWorking in the SAP systemParticipation in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)Organization of the cross-customer deployment of Operator Warehouse Control TowerLeading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAsDistributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employeesPeople management activities
Your Profile
Experience of working with computerised systems ideally SAPExperience of operation in an FMCG environmentAble to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skillsAbility to Supervise, lead and motivate teams and provide coaching and feedbackGood written and verbal communication.Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.Strong customer focus
