We're on the hunt for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on performance-driven campaigns for a growing Private Care business. Based in Altrincham with flexible hybrid working, this role is all about lead generation.

Key Skills & Channels

• SEO & PPC – Own strategy and execution, with a strong focus on ROI
• Paid & Boosted Social – Meta, LinkedIn – build and optimise campaigns that convert
• Retargeting & ECRM – Keep audiences engaged and drive return visits
• Email Marketing – Manage campaigns via Mailchimp, including automation
• Analytics – Confident with Google Analytics, reporting, and optimisation insights
