Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Ayr for a 3.5T Driver to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start!
ROLE AND EXPERIENCEWorking between Monday and Friday (07:30 – 16:30)Delivering paint and decorating supplies to decorators and trade customers via a planned route within a given area.REQUIREMENTSMust be aged over 21 years oldFull UK Driving licence with no more than 9 points.Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.Have appropriate PPE (Safety Boots/High Viz Jacket).Flexible to support with additional duties e.g., carry out general warehouse/store duties during periods when not occupied in driving dutiesGood knowledge of the local area.Multi-drop experience is desirable as there could be anything between 5 and 50 drops a day (depending on demand and the areas).Good customer service skills (engaging directly with customers)
