About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Kafea Terra UK, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued wholesale customers mainly in London. You will be the trusted holder of key customer insights and needs, delivering personalized service and building long-lasting relationships.
This role is about more than just account management—it’s about cultivating strong partnerships, delivering consistent support, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver systematic, in-depth care for all wholesale customers in your portfolio.
• Build and maintain a strong calendar of customer engagement, including:
• On-site visits
• Events and networking opportunities
• Training sessions (both on-site and at our training centre)
• Onboarding and technical support
• Ensure all customers receive an equal and high standard of service and communication.
• Be proactive and creative in identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the internal voice of your customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are clearly communicated to relevant departments.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and nurturing new relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in account management, client relations, or a customer-facing role (preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or wholesale industries).
Experience in coffee is a significant advantage and will strongly support your application.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and needs simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits and events.
• Passion for high-quality coffee and a desire to be part of a growing, dynamic team.
