About The Job
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Omaze, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates to support our continued growth. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process that aligns with our evolving needs. This role is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting for scale-ups, particularly across a broad range of functions such as growth and marketing. With two Talent Acquisition Leads already at Omaze, this position will allow you to contribute to our growing team by leading recruitment efforts for key roles, driving strategy, and helping to build diverse, high-performing teams to support our expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and place exceptional candidates for various positions across the company.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job specifications, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including niche job boards, LinkedIn, and existing networks, to build a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct detailed CV reviews and screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and coordinate and manage the interview process.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities. Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and insights to improve the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
