As we expand into new verticals, we’re looking for a self-starting Recruitment Manager to build, grow, and own a market from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is not a plug-and-play desk. You’ll be responsible for building a cold desk into a high-performing vertical through full-cycle recruitment – from market mapping and client acquisition to candidate placement and relationship management. It’s a builder’s role: perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, takes pride in ownership, and is hungry to create something exceptional.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from business development and job briefings to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement support.
  • Market development: Identify, build, and grow a niche market within your chosen industry, with the autonomy to shape your approach.
  • Business development: Proactively identify and pursue new clients, using cold outreach, networking, and marketing to win retained and exclusive partnerships.
  • Candidate sourcing: Build strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies including headhunting, referrals, database searches, and online tools.
  • Client management: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teams, offering strategic insight on hiring plans, talent trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Brand building: Represent our brand with professionalism and thought leadership across LinkedIn, events, and other platforms.
  • Revenue responsibility: Be accountable for your own billings, with a clear pathway toward leadership or ownership roles as the desk grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in 360/full-cycle recruitment – agency or in-house
  • Demonstrated success in building or significantly growing a recruitment desk
  • Commercially driven with strong business development skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive, strategic, and not afraid to start from zero
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, autonomous environment
  • Sector experience in a clean-tech environment is a plus – or the curiosity and drive to learn quickly
