Multi-Trader / Snagger – Leeds – New Build Apartments
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader / Snagger to work on a new build apartment block in Leeds. This is a full-time position with approximately 6 months of work, Monday to Friday.
Job Details:
Location: Leeds
Project: New Build – Apartment Block
Duration: Approx. 6 months
Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
Rate: 20 – 23 per hour (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
CSCS Card: Essential
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of snagging and finishing work on newly built apartments
Completing minor repairs including patch plastering, painting, sealing, silicone/mastic, joinery touch-ups, and other minor trades as needed
Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard in line with site quality expectations
Working closely with the site team to meet project timelines and handover schedules
Keeping a clean and safe working area
Identifying and reporting any defects or issues
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in a similar multi-trade or snagging role on residential new builds
Full set of tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and deliver a high-quality finish across various trades
Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
