This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live confidently and independently in the Brighton & Hove area.The position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support with light housework to enhance clients’ well-being.
- Contribute to and implement individualised care plans tailored to clients’ needs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients’ families and advocates.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening and engaging with them.
- Maintain a professional standard, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in mandatory training and commit to developing your skills.
Candidate Profile: We are seeking compassionate individuals who are:
- Excellent communicators with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Essential Requirements :

- Residing within a commutable distance of Brighton & Hove.
Desirable :
- Previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
