Position : Domiciliary Care WorkerSalary : £24,960 (full-time) – £12,480 (part-time) per annumLocation : Brighton & HoveStart Date : ASAPAbout the Role: Quality Care Recruit is proud to partner with a trusted care provider in their search for dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers . This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live confidently and independently in the Brighton & Hove area.The position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support with light housework to enhance clients’ well-being.
  • Contribute to and implement individualised care plans tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients’ families and advocates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening and engaging with them.
  • Maintain a professional standard, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in mandatory training and commit to developing your skills.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking compassionate individuals who are:

  • Excellent communicators with good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • Passionate about delivering person-centred care and improving clients’ quality of life.

Essential Requirements :

  • A commitment to professionalism and care excellence.
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Residing within a commutable distance of Brighton & Hove.

Desirable :

  • Previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
