- Schedule: 5–6 days per week, approx. 45–48 hours, closed Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring flawless service
- Lead and develop a close-knit FOH team with a focus on consistency and standards
- Collaborate with senior management, kitchen, and beverage teams
- Manage guest reservations, floor planning, and flow of service
- Maintain a warm and professional atmosphere at all times
- Drive training, performance reviews, and menu briefings
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3 years in a senior FOH role within a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
