About Our Client

Our client, a leading player in their industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key B2B accounts, driving engagement, adoption, and long-term value for large business customers.

Job Description

  1. Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  2. Running regular client reviews, delivering training sessions, and helping customers make the most of the product offering.
  3. Using data and analytics to monitor customer success, identify usage trends, and forecast risks or opportunities.
  4. Acting as the voice of the customer internally – bringing feedback into conversations around product development and decision-making.
  5. Collaborating with suppliers to stay ahead of new product features and ensuring customers are supported with updates and rollouts.
  6. Creating and updating user-friendly ‘how-to’ guides to help customers get the best out of the platform.
  7. Spotting commercial opportunities within your accounts and delivering value-led upsell conversations.

The Successful Applicant

A background in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a B2B SaaS, telecoms or product-based environment.

  1. Someone who’s comfortable managing large, complex accounts and has a natural commercial mindset.
  2. Experience with data-led reporting and the ability to turn insights into action.
  3. A confident communicator who thrives on building genuine, lasting relationships with customers.
  4. This role is suited to someone who can hit the ground running – someone ready to shape the role and grow within it.
