Zelt is creating a first-of-a-kind platform for people operations. We provide the enterprise with all the functionality needed to manage its workforce across the whole employee lifecycle end-to-end. Our software is easy to use, tasteful and affordable, and it enables organisation to function in a simpler and more automated way. Channels
The demand for content is exploding: Although LLM usage is skyrocketing, Google’s search traffic continues to climb, along with social media traffic, podcasts and Substack. But SEO as we know it is dying: Google will mostly return AI snippets, not links. So the bar is rising on quality: LLMs don’t care about generic repackaged content or backlinks. We’ll only get brand recognition through original, high-value content. And so every marketing channel is becoming content-first:
- Paid ads: Boosted influencer content
- Outbound: Content-warmed leads
- Inbound: Creator-led social
- Brand: Unique content experiences
- etc
Responsibilities
- Map our audience’s information diet: What questions do they have before they need your product? Who do they follow? What do they read, like, comment and share?
- Find our original content sources: Examples: ChartMogul shares their benchmarks quarterly, First Round built a world-class editorial team, Ipsy produces makeup videos, and Redbull invents new sports.
- Own our audience: Find them with ads or social, inbound or outbound, move them to a newsletter or community, forge a direct relationship.
- Find and acquire emerging creators in our space: Scan social for niche high-growth accounts, newsletters or communities, and hire or acquire them. (examples: Pendo acquiring MindTheProduct, Hubspot acquiring The Hustle)
Compensation
£100,000 total compensation consisting of:
- £50,000 base salary
- £20,000 performance bonus
- £30,000 share options
