Salary £45,000 to £48,000 – DoE
We are looking for an exceptional Venue Catering General Manager to lead the food & beverage operations at a truly unique and One of London’s Most Exclusive & Historic Venues.
Home to a high-end bespoke caterer, this venue blends private dining, a restaurant, a wine bar, and a dynamic performance space—all set in an extraordinary architectural setting.
This is a diverse & historic venue – From elegant private dining rooms to a rooftop terrace, secret garden, and pool, this space hosts everything from intimate dinners to corporate events and product launches.
Main responsibilities
- Lead a Team of circa 15 – Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated hospitality team, fostering alignment around company goals & value
- Innovation & Excellence – Drive creativity in menus, service, and guest experience.
- Drive exceptional customer service while motivating and supporting your team in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage all financial aspects of the contract, balancing client expectations with company objectives and identifying opportunities for growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an innovative leader with a background in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end restaurants & bars.
- Strong experience in F&B operations, venue management, and guest experience.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and financially savvy, with experience in budget management and a focus on results.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a vibrant personality, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passionate about delivering top-tier service in an ever-evolving venue.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to food and beverage offerings, staying current with industry trends and external innovations.
