Responsibilities: Engineering Design LeadBalance technical engineering and team management.Lead a team of 15 with 6-7 direct reports.Lead and manage a team of engineers across all disciples including commissioning, process, electrical and mechanical engineers.Oversee technical design, process engineering, and system integration, ensuring all projects meet performance, cost, and scalability targets.Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and operations teams to translate innovation into deployable solutions.Support pilot plant and full-scale deployment efforts, ensuring smooth handover from design to implementation.Manage engineering budgets and resources, balancing short-term project delivery with long-term growth needs.Managing technical risks and chemical engineering safety.Proven problem-solving abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Requirements: Engineering Design LeadProven leadership experience in engineering management – Experience leading teams of 8-10 multidisciplinary engineers.Process or Chemical Engineering BackgroundExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, working with internal teams, suppliers, and external technical partners.
