Assembler Technician

Assembly FitterWe are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of heavy-duty shaftline seals, as well as working collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement.Carry out multi-component assemblies using hand tools and lifting equipment and the testing of large multi-component assemblies.Position, align, and torque assemblies to meet drawing specifications.Working with heavy mechanical assembly. Conduct high-pressure water and air testing of assemblies.Work closely with engineering teams to resolve non-conforming products and support engineering in development assembly.Support stores and packing teams as required by business demand.Strong mechanical/assembly aptitude.Experience with hydraulics, pipe fitting or heavy mechanical assembly would be desirable.A clean driver’s license.Competency with Microsoft Office and MRP systems….
