One of our clients in London is hiring for a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst for a growth position.

Key Skills:

• User Support – 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience to resolve tickets within SLAs
• System Administration and Maintenance – focussing on integrity and quality of system and data
• Process adoption – Testing systems to ensure smooth deployments and collaborate with wider team and stakeholders
• Knowledge of CRM Dynamics and F&SCM applications

This is a permanent role based in London 2 days per week in Holborn.
