Job Description

  1. Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle including:
    1. Manage the recruitment and selection process
    2. Onboarding/Offboarding
    3. Employee Relations (ER)
    4. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    6. Support managers/management
    7. Coaching leadership
    8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
    10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
    11. Maintain pay plan and benefits program

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have/be the following:

  1. Fluent in Italian
  2. Experience in HR Manager/HR Business Partner role
  3. End-to-end employee life cycle experience
  4. Experience in training, ER, payroll
  5. Proven working experience in an HR management role
  6. People-oriented and results-driven
  7. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  8. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  9. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  10. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  11. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
