THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Risk Lawyer 3 + PQE.

You will be working as a key member of an established Risk Management team supporting the UK business and some of the firm’s international offices.

The work areas will include:

1. Responsibility for reviewing, updating, and maintaining the firm’s engagement letters and Terms of Business.
2. Advising on obligations under the SRA’s Standards and Regulations.
3. Drafting risk-related documents and policies and internal updates.
4. Preparing and delivering training materials for inductions and risk-related training sessions.
5. Maintaining risk-related registers and schedules.
6. Dealing with risk-related queries.

THE CANDIDATE

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified solicitor, with experience of working for a leading law firm with 3+ PQE of SRA regulation.

You will have excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of regulatory issues affecting solicitors, with experience in risk and compliance.

The firm offers hybrid working arrangements.
