Office Manager – Full Time – SW London

The Office Manager will based full-time in the office in SW London. While this role is primarily office-based, there is flexibility with working hours and the potential for occasional remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining a productive, safe, and well-equipped work environment.
- Liaise with service providers and vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate risk assessments and training in health, safety, and fire procedures with third-party providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors, fostering a warm and professional office environment.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets.
- Handle invoicing and payments for office-related services and supplies.
- Liaise with IT to ensure smooth operation of all office equipment.
- Support delivery of internal projects, company events, and conferences.
- Support preparation of internal reports and presentations for management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within a fast-paced business.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and work independently.

- Confident in leading onboarding processes for new starters and supporting broader team engagement.
Salary – £35,000 – £45,000 + bonus and benefits
