Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as: Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.  

The Role

• UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade OR general multi trade works – Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Maintenance work

• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
