Overview
The Global Marketing and Events Director will be the primary liaison for client renewal meetings and marketing consultancy within Gallagher Re. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships and delivering strategic marketing insights to support our business growth and client retention objectives.
How you’ll make an impact
You will be responsible for coordinating and leading client renewal meetings, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Additionally, you will provide marketing consultancy to enhance client engagement strategies and support the development of tailored marketing plans. The role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of marketing principles to effectively advise clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Lead and coordinate client renewal meetings, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing consultancy to enhance engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans informed by market insights and client feedback.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and marketing teams to align client engagement strategies with business priorities.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving marketing strategies and client satisfaction.
- Draft and present marketing proposals and reports to clients, showcasing Gallagher Re’s value proposition and expertise.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients on innovative marketing approaches.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to educate them on effective marketing strategies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all client communications and marketing activities.
About You
- Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred. Insurance-related experience is a bonus.
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in executing client engagement strategies and providing marketing consultancy.
- High-functioning, proactive individual who can prioritize multiple demands and handle challenging situations that may require adapting to changing requirements on a project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized and able to effectively multi-task.
- Manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
