Location: Covering a portfolio in the City of London
Salary: Up to £50,000
About the Role:
Are you an experienced mechanical engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Facilities Maintenance company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments.
This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Plumbing PPMs & repairs
- Pumps & Motors
- Heat Pumps & valve replacements
- Technical mechanical knowledge – AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000
- Van & Fuel Card provided
- Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Callout required
- Overtime Available
- 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
- Proven track record in commercial environments
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
