General Manager, Northampton, A GBP 40k : A GBP 45k + Bonus

I am excited to be working with a multi-faceted venue in Northampton who are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the site, training and development of the team, and creating a sales and marketing strategy to drive new business. You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training and development of the team
• Drive sales and continuously develop revenue streams across the site
• Building client and supplier relationships
• Cost control
• Fully accountable for the management of the entire estate
• Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5-star service and product

The Ideal Candidate

• Operational Management experience in a similar environment
• Experience delivering events
• Excellent network in the industry and ability to drive sales
• Financial and P&L understanding
• Confident leader
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about guest experience
