Programme Management Office Analyst

Working as part of the Transformation and Change team, you will be:

1. Supporting project governance by maintaining frameworks, documentation and best practices.
2. Tracking project progress, risks, and issues, providing insightful reports to stakeholders.
3. Assisting in resource planning, budget tracking, and project forecasting.
4. Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency across project delivery.
5. Collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
6. Supporting the triaging and tracking of change initiatives and ideas (requests for work) that come into the team.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in a PMO or project support role, with knowledge of project management methodologies.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
5. A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
