Position Overview:
The firm is currently seeking a Consultant with a minimum of three years' experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements to join their London office. The successful candidate will work on high-impact CDD projects, delivering in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape insights, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the execution of Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, including market analysis, competitor assessments, and strategic evaluations of client opportunities.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on industry trends, market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
- Synthesize complex data and present findings in a clear, structured, and actionable manner to clients.
- Work alongside senior consultants and partners to develop tailored recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Support the creation of client-facing deliverables, including reports, presentations, and proposals, ensuring high-quality, compelling content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the firm’s expansion, contributing to business development activities and identifying new client opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them develop their skills and contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.
Requirements:
- At least three years' experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, with a proven ability to conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to process large amounts of information and distil it into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
