Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Stafford/Hybrid

Type: Contract – 8 Months

Salary: Circa 25P/H DOE Umbrella

As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for the below:

• Ensure all active suppliers are approved and compliant through Supplier Connect / Complyworks.

• Enforce supplier strategy and sourcing policies, including supplier panel management and optimization.

• Lead negotiations and allocate requirements to appropriate suppliers.

• Support budget planning and contribute to sourcing deflation and payment targets.

• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure optimal agreements.

• Manage commercial sourcing activities, including data analysis and negotiation support.

As Sourcing Specialist it is essential you have the below

• 3 years’ work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or 3 years of Commercial Sourcing, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
