As a Tenancy & Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for the property portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing everything from tenancy agreements to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties in Central London
2. Handle all aspects of tenancy management, including renewals, negotiations, and documentation
3. Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance issues
4. Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest property laws and regulations
6. Resolve queries and disputes efficiently, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction
7. Ensure properties are compliant with all legal requirements
