Overview

Our client is an emerging real estate debt investment platform, founded by three highly experienced partners with blue-chip large-cap backgrounds in real estate, private equity, and structured finance. Since its launch, the platform has already completed over five successful transactions and established a strong market presence. Backed by institutional capital and with a growing pipeline of opportunities, the firm is well-positioned for continued expansion.

As part of its strategic growth, the platform is seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Debt Investment Associate to join the investment team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, high-performance platform at an exciting stage of development.

The Role

The Real Estate Debt Investment Associate will play a central role in the origination, structuring, and management of real estate debt investments across multiple asset classes. • Monitor the performance of the existing loan portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise returns and manage risk.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to facilitate deal execution and portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, and industry contacts to enhance deal flow and market intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate debt, investment banking/advisory, or structured finance.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of real estate markets and debt structures.
  • Proven experience in underwriting and executing real estate transactions.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to assess risk and return effectively.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
