An award-winning law firm is seeking a Marketing & Events Senior Executive to join their team based in London. The role holder will support the delivery of the firm’s Business Development, Marketing and Communication initiatives. This role will report to the Head of BD & Marketing.
The Responsibilities
- To be responsible for managing the organisation of both in-house and external events and webinars.
- Supporting the implementation of Business Development & Marketing activities of the firm and Practice Groups.
- Manage the firm’s participation in external conferences.
- Taking leadership in event, webinar and conference communication publication on the website.
- Supporting the maintenance of Business Development & Marketing data entry to the firm’s CRM system.
- Working alongside the Marketing and events executive to record and publish podcasts, as well as posting on websites and social media.
- To support the Senior Digital Executive with posting updates and making any amendments to the website if required.
The Candidate
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Marketing and events in a law firm.
- Previous exposure to client events and webinars.
- Exposure to website and social media maintenance is expected.
